Miraplacid Form Viewer will help you to fill out a form created with Miraplacid Form Designer and print it.

Miraplacid Form Designer How To:

Fill the Form: Select field in the right window and type text.
Print the Form: Click "Print" button

or print Control+P or select "Print" in file menu.
Print Preview: Click "Print Preview" button

Do not print background image: Uncheck "Print Background Image" menu item in File menu.

Miraplacid Form Designer How To work with CSV file:

Load File: Click "Load" button

. Select CSV file to load.
Bind CSV columns to form fields: Select column in columns list. Drag it to the form field where you want to bind the column. Field become highlighted. Select another column. Field background become back. Re-select the column you bound. Field will be highlighted again.
Bind one column to multiple form fields: You can bind one column to as many fields as you need. Just repeat drag-and-drop binding. You cannot bind more than one column to a single field at the same time though.
Navigate through the recordset: There are toolbar buttons and "Navigate" menu to navigate through the recordset.

Go to the First record,

Go to the Previous Record,

Go to the Next Record,

Go to the Last Record.
Add Record: Use button "Add Record"

to add a new record.
Delete Record: Use button "Delete Record"

to delete current record.
Save CSV file: Use "Save" button

or Control+S to save records to CSV file. If you have already loaded CSV file, it will be overwritten. If you recently saved data to CSV file, it will be overwritten. Otherwise, you will be prompted to specify file name and path.
Clone CSV file: Select "Save As" in "File" menu and specify new file name. Records will be saved to the new file.
Print All records: You can print all the records or some sub range of records, one record per page. Form on every page will be filled out with data from the appropriate record of CSV file. To do this, select "Print All" from "File" menu. To print all the pages, click "OK" in print dialog. To print range of pages, select "Pages" in Print range, Print dialog, and specify the start and end page.
Treat the first line of CSV file as column names: If there are column names in the first line of the CSV file, just check the "Column names are in the first line" checkbox. First line will disappear from the recordset. Columns list will be populated with real column names.
Clean up the workspace: Push button "New"

. All the records will be removed.

Save text from fields to CSV file

Zoom the form. This zoom does not affect zoom or scaling in Print Preview dialog

How to save paper and toner:
