END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Miraplacid is willing to license the Miraplacid Shareware Scripting Components and 
its associated online documentation ("Software") to you only upon the condition 
that you agree to and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in 
this LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement"). Please read the terms carefully before 
downloading and installing the Software. 

BY INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE, 
YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT. 
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, 
DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE   

TRIAL PERIOD:

You have the right to test this program for a period of 15 days. 
You are allowed to copy installation(package) of the Software and give 
it to any other person, as long as it is not modified in any way. 
Modification means changing, adding or removing  
any files of this package without the author's written permission. 
The distribution on CD-ROM is also permitted, as long as the original 
files are not changed in any way.

END USER LICENSE:

Miraplacid grants its clients the non-exclusive right to use copy of 
the Software on a multiple web server (unlimited domain names) if a multiple server license is 
purchased. 
If you provide a web hosting service you can allow your clients to
use the Software you purchased. 
Your clients cannot use the Software you purchases on servers 
that are not in your possession.
You are permitted to get fees from your clients for using the Software.
It is your responsibility to guarantee that the Software never runs on more 
servers at the same time than allowed by license you purchased.

RESTRICTIONS: The license granted hereunder does not permit you to: 

a. Use or permit other individuals to use the Software to servers that are not in your possession except pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
b. Modify, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software; 
c. Sell rights to the Software to any third-party; or 
d. Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software, documentation or distribution media.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY: 

USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND THE SITE IS AT THE USER'S 
SOLE RISK. THE SOFTWARE AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT 
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED 
TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A 
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, RESULTS, OR OTHERWISE. NEITHER MIRAPLACID NOR ANY OTHER 
PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SOFTWARE OR THE 
SITE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR 
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE SITE OR 
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR THE SITE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY 
WARRANTY OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR 
PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION BASED UPON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER 
TORTIOUS CONDUCT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE
 OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE SITE. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, THE TOTAL AMOUNT 
OF MIRAPLACID'S LIABILITY TO USER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT USER PAID 
FOR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND THE SITE, IF ANY. 

COPYRIGHT:

Miraplacid retains all intellectual rights to the data contained in 
the installation files. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Miraplacid.
The Miraplacid products are protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
