Miraplacid Text Driver 3.1: professional automated text extraction tool.

Miraplacid Text Driver 3.1 extracts text from documents and saves it to file. Text Output can be formatted as plain text or text with layout, edited in preview window and saved in Unicode or specified code page. When auto-save mode is on, the software automatically saves extracted text to file with no user interaction. After installation, Miraplacid Text Driver adds an icon to desktop and a virtual text printer driver to printers list. When you drag-and-drop a document to the icon, Miraplacid Text Driver extracts text from the document and displays it in a preview window. Alternatively, you can open the document and print it to printer "Miraplacid Text Driver" with the same result.
 
Advanced users could try following features and hopefully find them useful:
- Add {{PAGE}}, {{JOB}}, {{DATE}}, {{TIME}}, and {{IDENTITY}} to output filename and path. They will be replaced with current page number, print job id, date, time, and some unique number respectively.
- Attach post-processor software to process the result text file.
- Manage printing and text extraction from VBScript, JScript or Visual Basic.
- Save output in XML format and process it with an external tool.
- Download and play with Miraplacid Text Driver SDK with custom output format sample, integration with C++ and VB code samples.
